A three-week international student summer program primarily designed for children and young students. The journey combines Mongolian culture, nomadic community experiences, student exchange, nature, outdoor education, traditional arts, sports, creativity, teamwork and friendship.

PART 01

Ulaanbaatar · Arrival & Orientation

Days 1–5

The Mongolia Summer Camp begins in Ulaanbaatar with arrival, student orientation, cultural activities, community experiences and creative workshops before travelling into the countryside.

Day 1 — Arrival in Ulaanbaatar

Arrival at Ulaanbaatar airport, group meeting, airport pickup, transfer to accommodation, check-in, rest and welcome dinner.

Day 2 — Welcome & Student Orientation

Official program welcome, student introductions, group rules, safety briefing, teamwork activities and introduction to the three-week Mongolia journey.

Day 3 — Ulaanbaatar Student & Cultural Day

Local cultural activities, student assignments, photography, communication exercises and supervised group activities.

Day 4 — Monastery & Community Experience

Monastery visit, community activities, cultural observation, student discussion, photography and creative learning.

Day 5 — Mongolian Arts & Music

Traditional arts, music, crafts, drawing and creative student workshops before travelling into the countryside.

PART 02

Mongolian Countryside & Ger Camp

Days 6–10

Students leave the city and experience the Mongolian countryside, traditional ger camp life, local communities, nature and outdoor learning.

Day 6 — Ulaanbaatar → Countryside

Travel from Ulaanbaatar into the Mongolian countryside. Arrival at the ger camp, accommodation orientation, rest and introduction to the surrounding area.

Day 7 — Ger Camp Experience

Introduction to traditional ger living, countryside activities, nature observation, outdoor learning and student teamwork.

Day 8 — Nomadic Community Experience

Community experience with opportunities for students to learn about everyday countryside life, communication, family activities and local traditions.

Day 9 — Traditional Food & Culture

Food-related cultural activities, community interaction, traditional practices, creative learning and student group activities.

Day 10 — Horse & Countryside Experience

Supervised horse-related cultural experience, countryside activities, nature observation, photography and outdoor learning.

PART 03

Nature, Sports & Student Activities

Days 11–14
Day 11 — Nature & Environmental Learning

Nature observation, environmental learning, photography, outdoor activities and supervised student exploration.

Day 12 — Sports & Teamwork

Sports, traditional games, team activities and group challenges designed to encourage cooperation, confidence and friendship.

Day 13 — Arts & Creative Project

Arts, crafts, music, photography and creative workshops. Students begin preparing their group projects.

Day 14 — Recreation & Rest Day

A lighter day with recreation, supervised free time, outdoor games, group activities and rest.

PART 04

Nature & Community Experience

Days 15–17
Day 15 — Full-Day Nature Excursion

Full-day outdoor excursion with nature observation, photography, environmental activities, supervised exploration and group learning.

Day 16 — Student & Community Exchange

Community interaction, communication activities, student exchange, teamwork, games and friendship-building activities.

Day 17 — Countryside Closing Day

Final countryside activities, student projects, group reflection, community farewell and preparation for the return to Ulaanbaatar.

PART 05

Ulaanbaatar · Projects & Closing

Days 18–21
Day 18 — Return to Ulaanbaatar

Return journey to Ulaanbaatar, accommodation check-in, rest and evening group reflection.

Day 19 — Student Project Day

Students prepare their final projects using photographs, artwork, writing and experiences collected throughout the Mongolia Summer Camp.

Day 20 — Closing Ceremony & Farewell

Final student presentations, group reflection, certificate presentation, closing ceremony and farewell dinner.

Day 21 — Departure

Accommodation check-out, airport transfer and departure from Ulaanbaatar. End of the Kelsang Metok Mongolia Summer Camp 2027.

PARTICIPATION

Who Can Join?

Mongolia Summer Camp 2027 is primarily designed for children and young students from Europe. Students from the United States and other countries are also welcome to apply.

Children & Students

The main educational and activity program is designed for children and young students. Participants experience Mongolian culture, community life, nature, arts, sports, outdoor learning and teamwork.

Family Participation

For every two children registered from the same family, one parent, guardian or adult family member may join as an accompanying participant, subject to availability.

INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS

Europe, USA & Other Countries

The program is mainly organized for students living in Europe. Students from the USA and other countries may also participate.

International Flights Are Not Included

Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own international flights to and from the designated airport in Ulaanbaatar. Kelsang Metok will provide arrival and departure information before the program.

Mongolia Summer Camp 2027 — Program Fee

The final Mongolia Summer Camp price will be confirmed after accommodation, meals, local transportation, ger camp accommodation, activities, excursions and local service arrangements are finalized.
